After the wedding the closer family and circle of friends were invited to dinner at Hotel Gästis, where best wishes speeches were held by the groom's father's lawyer W. Kristensen, Gothenburg, and the hardware manager E. M. Eriksson, Sunne, and assistant vicar Rydinge amongst others”

During WWII Jörgen served in the Swedish Air Force. Military Service Number: 8019-10-41

He served in the following Swedish Air Force Regiments:
F6 Västgöta Air Force Group, Karlsborg from 1/11/1939 to 12/10/1941.
F11 Södermanland Air Force Group, Skavsta, Nyköping from 13/11/1941 to 31/1/1946.
F9 Göta Air Force Group, Säve, Gothenburg from 5/11/1946 to 28/2/1947.

He was the sole survivor when an ammunition depot exploded in F6, Karlsborg.
Notes for Per Jörgen* William Kristensen
After the war he started to work within the airline industry. He started at Nordiskt Missionsflyg (NMF) in Stockholm. NMF was the beginning of group packaged tours to southern Europe and northern Africa. During the period from mid 1950's to the mid 1960's Jörgen was the Sales Manager, Blidberg Metcalfe AB, Stockholm, who were the Icelandic airline Loftleiðir and the Norwegian airline Braathen SAFE agent. During the 1960’s he was Sales Manger, Stockholm, for Tjäreborg Resor and Stirling Airlines A/S.

In 1968 Jörgen returned to Gothenburg, were worked until his retirement in 1985 as Western District Sales Manager for Air France.

His was an avid reader and traveled extensively throughout the world, including South and North America, Africa, Asia, Europe and Australia.
Notes for Eva* Karolina (Spouse 1)
During WWII Eva served as a nurse in Torsby Hospital, close to the Norwegian boarder.
In 1943 Eva moved to Nyköping, Sweden.
